inserting 7#a7 before ,for purposes2    
7#b7 by striking a nation with which    
there is in effect a free trade         
agreement requiring national treatment  
for trade in natural gas and inserting a
 ,world ,trade ,organization member     
nation2 and  7#c7 by adding at the end  
the following3  7#b7 ,for purposes of   
this subsection1 the term ,world ,trade 
,organization member nation means a     
country described in section #b7aj7 of  
the ,uruguay ,round ,agreements ,act    
7#ai ,u4,s4,c4 #ceja7aj774  4  #c4      
,pending applications ,any application  
for authorization to export natural gas 
under section #c of the ,natural ,gas   
,act 7#ae ,u4,s4,c4 #gag;b7 for which a 
notice has been published in the        
,federal ,register before ,march #f1    
#bjad1 shall be granted without         
modification or delay4  #a4 ,short title

 ,this ,act may be cited as the         
,domestic ,prosperity and ,global       
,freedom ,act4  #b4 ,action on          
applications  7a7 ,decision deadline    
,the ,department of ,energy shall issue 
a decision on any application for       
authorization to export natural gas     
under section #c of the ,natural ,gas   
,act 7#ae ,u4,s4,c4 #gag;b7 not later   
than #ij days after the later of--  7#a7
 the end of the comment period for such 
decision as set forth in the applicable 
notice published in the ,federal        
,register2 or  7#b7 the date of         
enactment of this ,act4  7b7 ,judicial  
action  7#a7 ,the ,united ,states ,court
 of ,appeals for the circuit in which   
the export facility will be located     
pursuant to an application described in 
subsection 7a7 shall have original and  
exclusive jurisdiction over any civil   
action for the review of --  7,a7 an    
order issued by the ,department of      
,energy with respect to such            
application2 or  7,b7 the ,department of

 ,energy's failure to issue a decision  
on such application4  7#b7 ,if the      
,court in a civil action described in   
paragraph 7#a7 finds that the           
,department of ,energy has failed to    
issue a decision on the application as  
required under subsection 7a71 the      
,court shall order the ,department of   
,energy to issue such decision not later
 than #cj days after the ,court's order4
  7#c7 ,the ,court shall set any civil  
action brought under this subsection for
 expedited consideration and shall set  
the matter on the docket as soon as     
practical after the filing date of the  
initial pleading4  #c4 ,public          
disclosure of export destinations       
,section #c of the ,natural ,gas ,act   
7#ae ,u4,s4,c4 #gag;b7 is amended by    
adding at the end the following3  7g7   
,public ,disclosure of ,,lng ,export    
,destinations ,as a condition for       
approval of any authorization to export 
,,lng1 the ,secretary of ,energy shall  
require the applicant to publicly       

disclose the specific destination or    
destinations of any such authorized     
,,lng exports4  4  ,june #ai1 #bjad     
,reported with an amendment1 committed  
to the ,committee of the ,whole ,house  
on the ,state of the ,union1 and ordered
 to be printed
