termination of social security benefits for individuals who participated in ,nazi persecution1 and for other purposes4 #a4 ,short title ,this ,act may be cited as the ,no ,social ,security for ,nazis ,act4 #b4 ,findings ,congress finds the following3 7#a7 ,congress enacted social security legislation to provide earned benefits for workers and their families1 should they retire1 become disabled1 or die4 7#b7 ,congress never intended for participants in ,nazi persecution to be allowed to enter the ,united ,states or to reap the benefits of ,united ,states residency or citizenship1 including participation in the ,nation's ,social ,security program4 #c4 ,termination of benefits 7a7 ,in general ,section #bjb7n77#c7 of the ,social ,security ,act 7#db ,u4,s4,c4 #djb7n77#c77 is amended to read as follows3 7#c7 ,for purposes of paragraphs 7#a7 and 7#b7 of this subsection-- 7,a7 an individual against whom a final order of removal has been issued under section #bcg7;a77#d77;,d7 of the ,immigration and ,nationality ,act on grounds of participation in ,nazi persecution shall be considered to have been removed under such section as of the date on which such order became final2 7,b7 an individual with respect to whom an order admitting the individual to citizenship has been revoked and set aside under section #cdj of the ,immigration and ,nationality ,act in any case in which the revocation and setting aside is based on conduct described in section #bab7;a77#c77;,e77i7 of such ,act 7relating to participation in ,nazi persecution71 concealment of a material fact about such conduct1 or willful misrepresentation about such conduct shall be considered to have been removed as described in paragraph 7#a7 as of the date of such revocation and setting aside2 and 7,c7 an individual who pursuant to a settlement agreement with the ,attorney ,general has admitted to conduct described in section #bab7;a77#c77;,e77i7 of the ,immigration and ,nationality ,act 7relating to participation in ,nazi persecution7 and who pursuant to such settlement agreement has lost status as a national of the ,united ,states by a renunciation under section #cdi7;a77#e7 of the ,immigration and ,nationality ,act shall be considered to have been removed as described in paragraph 7#a7 as of the date of such renunciation4 4 7b7 ,other benefits ,section #bjb7n7 of such ,act 7#db ,u4,s4,c4 #djb7n77 is amended by adding at the end the following3 7#d7 ,in the case of any individual described in paragraph 7#c7 whose monthly benefits are terminated under paragraph 7#a7-- 7,a7 no benefits otherwise available under section #bjb based on the wages and self-employment income of any other individual shall be paid to such individual for any month after such termination2 and 7,b7 no supplemental security income benefits under title ,,xvi shall be paid to such individual for any such month1 including supplementary payments pursuant to an agreement for ,federal administration under section #afaf7;a7 and payments pursuant to an agreement entered into under section #bab7;b7 of ,public ,law #ic-ff 4 #d4 ,notifications ,section #bjb7n77#b7 of the ,social ,security ,act 7#db ,u4,s4,c4 #djb7n77#b77 is amended to read as follows3 7#b7 7,a7 ,in the case of the removal of any individual under any of the paragraphs of section #bcg7;a7 of the ,immigration and ,nationality ,act 7other than under paragraph 7#a77;,c7 of such section7 or under section #bab7;a77#f77;,a7 of such ,act1 the revocation and setting aside of citizenship of any individual under section #cdj of the ,immigration and ,nationality ,act in any case in which the revocation and setting aside is based on conduct described in section #bab7;a77#c77;,e77i7 of such ,act 7relating to participation in ,nazi persecution71 or the renunciation of nationality by any individual under section #cdi7;a77#e7 of such ,act pursuant to a settlement agreement with the ,attorney ,general where the individual has admitted to conduct described in section #bab7;a77#c77;,e77i7 of the ,immigration and ,nationality ,act 7relating to participation in ,nazi persecution7 occurring after the date of the enactment of the ,no ,social ,security for ,nazis ,act1 the ,attorney ,general or the ,secretary of ,homeland ,security shall notify the ,commissioner of ,social ,security of such removal1 revocation and setting aside1 or renunciation of nationality not later than #g days after such removal1 revocation and setting aside1 or renunciation of nationality 7or1 in the case of any such removal1 revocation and setting aside1 of renunciation of nationality that has occurred prior to the date of the enactment of the ,no ,social ,security for ,nazis ,act1 not later than #g days after such date of enactment74 7,b7 7i7 ,not later than #cj days after the enactment of the ,no ,social ,security for ,nazis ,act1 the ,attorney ,general shall certify to the ,committee on ,ways and ,means of the ,house of ,representatives and the ,committee on ,finance of the ,senate that the ,commissioner of ,social ,security has been notified of each removal1 revocation and setting aside1 or renunciation of nationality described in subparagraph 7,a74 7ii7 ,not later than #cj days after each notification with respect to an individual under subparagraph 7,a71 the ,commissioner of ,social ,security shall certify to the ,committee on ,ways and ,means of the ,house of ,representatives and the ,committee on ,finance of the ,senate that such individual's benefits were terminated under this subsection4 4 #e4 ,effective date ,the amendments made by this ,act shall apply with respect to benefits paid for any month beginning after the date of the enactment of this ,act4 ,passed the ,house of
