,state of ,nevada into trust for the    
,duckwater ,shoshone ,tribe1 and for    
other purposes4  #a4 ,short title ,this 
,act may be cited as the ,duckwater     
,shoshone ,land ,conveyance ,act4  #b4  
,definitions ,in this ,act3  7#a7 ,map  
,the term map means the map entitled    
,duckwater ,reservation ,expansion1     
dated ,september #i1 #bjad1 and on file 
and available for public inspection in  
the appropriate offices of the ,bureau  
of ,land ,management4  7#b7 ,secretary  
,the term ,secretary means the          
,secretary of the ,interior4  7#c7      
,tribe ,the term ,tribe means the       
,duckwater ,shoshone ,tribe4  #c4       
,transfer of land to be held in trust   
for the ,duckwater ,shoshone ,tribe  7a7

 ,in general ,subject to valid existing 
rights1 all right1 title1 and interest  
of the ,united ,states in and to the    
land described in subsection 7b7 shall  
be--  7#a7 held in trust by the ,united 
,states for the benefit of the ,tribe2  
and  7#b7 part of the reservation of the
 ,tribe4  7b7 ,description of land ,the 
land referred to in subsection 7a7 is   
the approximately #be1igg acres of land 
administered by the ,bureau of ,land    
,management as generally depicted on the
 map as ,reservation ,expansion ,lands4 
7c7 ,survey ,not later than #ahj days   
after the date of enactment of this     
,act1 the ,secretary shall complete a   
survey of the boundary lines to         
establish the boundaries of the land    
taken into trust under subsection 7a74  
7d7 ,use of trust land ,land taken into 
trust under subsection 7a7 shall not be 
eligible for1 or considered to have been
 taken into trust for the purpose of1   
class ,,ii gaming or class ,,iii gaming 
7as defined in section #bgj of the      

,indian ,gaming ,regulatory ,act 7#be
