bill2 which was referred to the         
,committee on ,ways and ,means  ,a      
,,bill  ,to amend the ,internal ,revenue
 ,code of #aihf to extend qualified zone
 academy bonds for #b years and to      
reduce the private business contribution
 requirement with respect to such bonds1
 and for other purposes4  #a4 ,extension
 and modification of qualified zone     
academy bonds  7a7 ,extension ,paragraph
 7#a7 of section #ed;,e7c7 of the       
,internal ,revenue ,code of #aihf is    
amended by striking and #bjac and       
inserting #bjac1 #bjad1 and #bjae4  7b7 
,reduction of private business          
contribution requirement ,subsection 7b7
 of section #ed;,e of such ,code is     
amended by striking #aj percent and     
inserting #e percent4  7c7 ,effective   
date ,the amendments made by subsections

 7a7 and 7b7 shall apply to obligations 
issued after ,december #ca1 #bjac4  7d7 
,technical correction and conforming    
amendment  7#a7 ,in general ,clause     
7iii7 of section #fdca7;f77#c77;,a7 of  
such ,code is amended--  7,a7 by        
striking #bjaa and inserting years after
 #bjaj1 and  7,b7 by striking of such   
allocation and inserting of any such    
allocation4  7#b7 ,effective date ,the  
amendments made by this subsection shall
 take effect as if included in section  
#caj of the ,american ,taxpayer ,relief 
,act of #bjab4
