which was referred to the ,committee on 
the ,judiciary  ,a ,,bill  ,for the     
relief of ,meriam ,yahya ,ibrahim1      
,martin ,wani1 and ,maya ,wani4  #a4    
,permanent resident status for ,meriam  
,yahya ,ibrahim1 ,martin ,wani1 and     
,maya ,wani  7a7 ,in general            
,notwithstanding subsections 7a7 and 7b7
 of section #bja of the ,immigration and
 ,nationality ,act1 ,meriam ,yahya      
,ibrahim1 ,martin ,wani1 and ,maya ,wani
 shall each be eligible for issuance of 
an immigrant visa or for adjustment of  
status to that of an alien lawfully     
admitted for permanent residence upon   
filing an application for issuance of an
 immigrant visa under section #bjd of   
such ,act or for adjustment of status to
 lawful permanent resident4  7b7        
,adjustment of status ,if ,meriam ,yahya
 ,ibrahim1 ,martin ,wani1 or ,maya ,wani

 enters the ,united ,states before the  
filing deadline specified in subsection 
7c71 he or she shall be considered to   
have entered and remained lawfully and  
shall1 if otherwise eligible1 be        
eligible for adjustment of status under 
section #bde of the ,immigration and    
,nationality ,act as of the date of the 
enactment of this ,act4  7c7 ,deadline  
for application and payment of fees     
,subsections 7a7 and 7b7 shall apply    
only if the application for issuance of 
an immigrant visa or the application for
 adjustment of status is filed with     
appropriate fees within #b years after  
the date of the enactment of this ,act4 
7d7 ,reduction of immigrant visa number 
,upon the granting of an immigrant visa 
or permanent residence to ,meriam ,yahya
 ,ibrahim1 ,martin ,wani1 and ,maya     
,wani1 the ,secretary of ,state shall   
instruct the proper officer to reduce by
 #c1 during the current or next         
following fiscal year1 the total number 
of immigrant visas that are made        

available to natives of the country of  
the aliens' birth under section #bjc7;a7
 of the ,immigration and ,nationality   
,act or1 if applicable1 the total number
 of immigrant visas that are made       
available to natives of the country of  
the aliens' birth under section #bjb7;e7
 of such ,act4  7e7 ,denial of          
preferential immigration treatment for  
certain relatives ,the natural parents1 
brothers1 and sisters of ,meriam ,yahya 
,ibrahim1 ,martin ,wani1 and ,maya ,wani
 shall not1 by virtue of such           
relationship1 be accorded any right1    
privilege1 or status under the          
,immigration and ,nationality ,act4
