7#ab ,u4,s4,c4 #edic7 is amended by     
adding at the end the following3  7h7   
,research paper transparency ,any time  
the ,bureau1 either through the research
 unit established by the ,director under
 subsection 7b77#a7 or otherwise1 issues
 a research paper that is available to  
the public1 the ,bureau shall accompany 
such paper with all studies1 data1 and  

other analyses on which the paper was   
based4  4
