with the ,rewards for ,justice program  
authorized under section #cf of the     
,state ,department ,basic ,authorities  
,act of #aief 7#bb ,u4,s4,c4 #bgjh71 the
 ,secretary of ,state shall offer a     
reward of not more than #e1jjj1jjj to   
individuals who furnish information--   
7#a7 regarding the attacks on the       
,united ,states diplomatic mission at   
,benghazi1 ,libya1 that began on        
,september #aa1 #bjab2 or  7#b7 leading 

to the capture of an individual who     
committed1 conspired to commit1         
attempted to commit1 or aided in the
