following bill2 which was referred to   
the ,committee on ,oversight and        
,government ,reform  ,a ,,bill  ,to     
require a #ej percent reduction in the  
number of limousines in the ,federal    
fleet4  #a4 ,reduction in limousines in 
,federal fleet  7a7 ,requirement        
,notwithstanding any other provision of 
law and except as provided in subsection
 7b71 for fiscal year #bjae and each    
fiscal year thereafter1 the number of   
limousines in the ,federal fleet shall  
not exceed #ej percent of the number of 
limousines in the ,federal fleet as of  
the last day of fiscal year #bjad4  7b7 
,exception for national security        
,subsection 7a7 shall not apply with    
respect to any limousine determined by  
the ,president to be essential for      
reasons of national security4
