require that lists of employees eligible
 to vote in organizing elections be     
provided to the ,national ,labor        
,relations ,board4  #a4 ,short title    
,this ,act may be cited as the ,employee
 ,privacy ,protection ,act4  #b4 ,lists 

of employees eligible to vote in        
elections ,section #i7;c77#a77;,b7 of   
the ,national ,labor ,relations ,act    
7#bi ,u4,s4,c4 #aei7;c77#a77;,b77 is    
amended by adding at the end the        
following3 ,not earlier than #g days    
after a final determination by the      
,board of the appropriate bargaining    
unit1 the ,board shall acquire from the 
employer a list of all employees        
eligible to vote in the election to be  
made available to all parties1 which    
shall include the names of the          
employees1 and one additional form of   
personal contact information of the     
employee 7such as telephone number1     
email address1 or mailing address7      
chosen by the employee in writing44
