,this ,act may be cited as the ,adoption
 ,promotion ,act of #bjac4  #b4         
,adoption and other pregnancy options   
counseling ,title ,x of the ,public     
,health ,service ,act 7#db ,u4,s4,c4    
#cjj;a-#a7 is amended by adding at the  
end the following new section3  #ajji4  
,adoption and other pregnancy options   
counseling  7a7 ,inclusion of adoption  
counseling ,the ,secretary shall ensure 
that any pregnancy options counseling   
funded under this title includes        
adoption counseling4  7b7 ,qualified    
counselors ,the ,secretary shall ensure 
that any pregnancy options counseling   

funded under this title is provided by  
individuals who-- 7#a7 are licensed     
social workers or counselors in the     
,states in which they practice2 and     
7#b7 have knowledge and experience in   
adoption practice4  7c7 ,training ,any  
training provided to an individual under
 section #ajjc shall include training on
 the adoption process4  7d7 ,research   
7#a7 ,in general ,research funded under 
section #ajjd shall include-- 7,a7 the  
collection of data on the number of     
pregnancy tests administered to         
individuals served by programs under    
this title and the results of those     
tests2 and  7,b7 the evaluation of the  
quality1 consistency1 and outcomes of   
pregnancy options counseling funded     
under this title4  7#b7 ,rule of        
construction ,nothing in this subsection
 shall be construed to authorize the    
collection of personally identifiable   
information4  4
