#cfhd7;a7 of title #ch1 ,united ,states 
,code1 is amended--  7#a7 in paragraph  
7#a71 by inserting #cb1 #cc1 after #ca12
 and  7#b7 by adding at the end the     
following new paragraph3  7#d7 ,for     
purposes of this subsection1 the term   
educational institution may include a   
group1 district1 or consortium of       
separately accredited educational       

institutions located in the same ,state 
that are organized in a manner that     
facilitates the centralized reporting of
 the enrollments in such group1         
district1 or consortium of institutions4
  4  7b7 ,effective date ,the amendments
 made by subsection 7a7 shall apply with
 respect to reports submitted on or     
after the date of the enactment of this 
,act4
