in the ,treasury not otherwise          
appropriated1 for any period during     
which interim or full-year              
appropriations for fiscal year #bjad are
 not in effect such sums as are         

necessary to provide pay and allowances 
to members of the reserve components of 
the ,armed ,forces 7as named in section 
#ajaja of title #aj1 ,united ,states    
,code7 who perform inactive-duty        
training 7as defined in section         
#aja7;d77#g7 of such title7 during such 
period4  7b7 ,termination               
,appropriations and funds made available
 and authority granted pursuant to this 
section shall be available until        
whichever of the following first occurs3
 7#a7 the enactment into law of an      
appropriation 7including a continuing   
appropriation7 for any purpose for which
 amounts are made available in this     
section2 7#b7 the enactment into law of 
the applicable regular or continuing    
appropriations resolution or other ,act 
without any appropriation for such
