,short title ,this ,act may be cited as 
the ,anti-,self-,destruction ,act or the
 ,fiscal ,sanity ,act of #bjac4  #b4    
,continuing appropriations for fiscal   
year #bjad ,there is hereby appropriated
 for fiscal year #bjad-- 7#a7 for each  
project or activity for which budget    
authority was provided in the           
,consolidated and ,further ,continuing  

,appropriations ,act1 #bjac 7,public    
,law #aac-f71 an amount equal to the    
budget authority provided in such ,act1 
as reduced pursuant to the ,presidential
 sequestration order dated ,march #a1   
#bjac1 to remain available for a        
comparable period of availability2 and  
7#b7 for entitlements and other         
mandatory payments whose budget         
authority was provided in appropriations
 ,acts for fiscal year #bjac1 and for   
activities under the ,food and          
,nutrition ,act of #bjjh1 such amounts  
as may be necessary to maintain program

,nonapplicability of debt ceiling
