7,public ,law #aab-age7 is amended by   
inserting after section #aee the        
following3  #aef4 ,notwithstanding      
section #aja1 sections #bah and #ejc7;c7
 of division ,f of the ,consolidated    
,appropriations ,act1 #bjab 7,public    
,law #aab-gd7 shall not apply to amounts
 made available by this joint resolution
 insofar as such sections relate to any 
activity to conduct research on firearms
