 on reports issued by the ,inspectors   
,general1 and for other purposes4  #a4  
,short title ,this ,act may be cited as 
the ,sunshine on ,government ,act of    
#bjac4  #b4 ,website for audit reports  
7a7 ,in general ,not later than #ij days
 after the date of the enactment of this
 ,act1 the ,director of the ,office of  
,management and ,budget1 in consultation
 with the ,executive ,chair of the      
,council of the ,inspectors ,general on 
,integrity and ,efficiency1 shall create
 a separate website with a distinct     
,,url1 that is not under the website of 
the ,office of ,management and ,budget1 
about the reports issued by each ,office

 of ,inspector ,general4  7b7 ,contents 
,the website in subsection 7a7 shall    
include the following3  7#a7 ,a general 
description of the role of the ,office  
of ,inspector ,general4  7#b7 ,a        
description of the types of reports     
generally issued by the ,offices of     
,inspector ,general1 including the      
purpose1 composition1 and process used  
to create such reports4  7#c7 ,a list of
 each ,federal agency or other ,federal 
entity that has an ,office of ,inspector
 ,general and the name and office       
telephone number for each ,inspector    
,general4  7#d7 ,for each agency or     
entity listed in paragraph 7#c71 a link 
to the page of the website through which
 inspector general reports of such      
agency or entity can be obtained1       
including audit reports1 management     
deficiency reports1 and the semiannual  
reports submitted to ,congress pursuant 
to section #e of the ,inspector ,general
 ,act of #aigh 7#e4 ,u4,s4,c4 ,app474   
7c7 ,update to website ,the ,director of

 the ,office of ,management and ,budget 
shall update the website created        
pursuant to subsection 7a7 in a timely  
manner1 ensuring that the information1  
links to other websites1 and contact    
information are correct4  7d7 ,federal  
agency defined ,in this section1 the    
term ,federal agency has the meaning    
given that term in section #ab of the   
,inspector ,general ,act of #aigh 7#e
