property within such revised boundaries 
may be acquired1 and for other purposes4

adding at the end the following new     
subsection3  7d7 ,additional land  7#a7 
,covered land2 condition ,in addition to
 the land identified in subsections 7a7 
and 7b71 the park shall include the     
following1 as depicted on the maps      
titled ,gettysburg ,national ,military  
,park ,proposed ,boundary ,addition1    
numbered #cje_/hj1jde1 and dated        
,january #bjaj1 if the owner of the     
property has provided written consent to
 inclusion3 7,a7 ,the land and interests
 in land commonly known as the          
,gettysburg ,train ,station and its     
immediate surroundings in the ,borough  
of ,gettysburg4  7,b7 ,the land and     
interests in land located along ,plum   
,run in ,cumberland ,township4  7#b7    
,rule of construction ,nothing in       
paragraph 7#a71 the acquisition of      
property within the area described in   

such paragraph1 or the management plan  
for such acquired property shall be     
construed to create buffer zones outside
 of such property4 ,that an activity or 
use can be seen or heard from within    
such acquired property shall not        
preclude the conduct of that activity or
 use outside such property4  4  7b7
