,select,u,s,a ,initiative defined ,in   
this ,act1 the term ,select,u,s,a       
,initiative means the ,select,u,s,a     
,initiative established by ,executive   
,order #acegg of ,june #ae1 #bjaa4  #c4 
,authorization of appropriations for the
 ,select,u,s,a initiative ,there is     
authorized to be appropriated for the   
,select,u,s,a ,initiative #ag1jjj1jjj   
for each of fiscal years #bjad through  
#bjah4  #d4 ,reports and notifications  
to ,congress ,the ,secretary of         
,commerce shall1 not later than         
,december #ca of #bjad1 #bjae1 #bjaf1   

#bjag1 and #bjah1 submit to ,congress a 
report on the activities of the         
,select,u,s,a ,initiative during the    
preceding fiscal year4 ,each such report
 shall include the following3  7#a7 ,the
 grantees and projects to which         
assistance was provided under the       
,select,u,s,a ,initiative during the    
preceding fiscal year1 and the amount   
and type of assistance provided to each 
such grantee and project4  7#b7 ,the    
number of foreign firms that relocated  
to the ,united ,states during the       
preceding fiscal year as a result of the
 activities of the ,select,u,s,a        
,initiative4  7#c7 ,any findings that   
are made by the ,select,u,s,a           
,initiative in conducting its activities
 and are relevant to promoting the      
,united ,states as a destination for the
 location of manufacturing4
