bill2 which was referred to the         
,committee on the ,judiciary  ,a ,,bill 
,to make the antitrust laws applicable  
to a political committee under the      
,federal ,election ,campaign ,act of    
#aiga which is established and          
administered by a separate segregated   
fund of a corporation pursuant to       
section #caf7;b77#b77;,c7 of such ,act4 
#a4 ,application of antitrust laws to   
corporate ,p,a,cs ,the antitrust laws   
shall apply to a political committee    
under the ,federal ,election ,campaign  
,act of #aiga which is established and  
administered by a separate segregated   
fund of a corporation pursuant to       
section #caf7;b77#b77;,c7 of such ,act1 
and in accordance with such laws1 a     
political committee for multiple legal  
entities in the same business shall be  
prohibited4  #b4 ,definition ,for       

purposes of this ,act1 the term         
antitrust laws has the meaning given    
such term in the first section of the   
,clayton ,act1 except that such term    
includes section #e of the ,federal     
,trade ,commission ,act to the extent   
that such section #e applies to unfair  
methods of competition4
