what must be done by those ancients of

river1 the charges be diligently given  
to those men1 lest the work  be

 thee for the sacrifice of the  house of

whatsoever more there shall be need of

soever thou shalt have occasion to      
spend1 it shall be  given out of the    
treasury1 and the king's exchequer1 and

ashamed to ask the king for aid and for 
horsemen1 to  defend us from the enemy  
in the way3 because we had said to the  
king3  ,the hand of our ,god is upon all
 them that seek him in goodness3 and his
  power and strength1 and wrath upon all

we fasted1 and besought our ,god for    
this3 and it fell out  prosperously unto
 us4    #h3bd4 ,and ,i separated twelve 
of the chief of the priests1 ,sarabias1 

and  ,hasabias1 and with them ten of

weighed unto them the silver and gold1  
and the vessels  consecrated for the

their  abominations1 namely1 of the     
,chanaanites1 and the ,hethites1 and the

the ,ammonites1 and the ,moabites1 and  
the ,egyptians1 and the ,amorrhites4    
,this shows how sinful it is to         

intermarry with those that the ,church  
forbids us1 on account of the danger of 
perversion and falling off from  the

taken of their daughters for themselves 
and for their  sons1 and they have      
mingled the holy seed with the people of
 the lands4  ,and the hand of the       
princes and magistrates hath been first

when ,i had heard this word1 ,i rent my 
mantle and my coat1 and  plucked off the
 hairs of my head and my beard1 and ,i  
sat down mourning4    #i3d4 ,and there  
were assembled to me all that feared the
 ,god of ,israel1  because of the       
transgression of those that were come   
from the captivity1  and ,i sat         
sorrowful1 until the evening sacrifice4

rose up from my affliction1 and  having 
rent my mantle and my garment1 ,i fell  
upon my knees1 and spread  out my hands

ashamed to lift up my face to  thee3 for
 our iniquities are multiplied over our 
heads1 and our sins are  grown up even

,the land which you go to possess1 is an

rulers be appointed in all the

them that have taken strange wives come
