rebellious and the bad city1 and have   
finished the walls1          and

finished1 they will not pay tribute1    
custom1 or toll1          and in the end
 it will be hurtful to the kings4

dishonor1 therefore have          we

city is a rebellious city1 and hurtful

that they have moved sedition within the

have no portion          beyond the

ceased until the second year of the     
reign of ,darius          king of

delivered to one whose name was
