,hill and ,brompton ,extension4 ,a railway to commence at a junction with the ,metropolitan ,railway at ,conduit ,street ,east1 in the ,parish of ,paddington1 entering this parish at the south-east ,metropolitan ,district ,railways4 ,railways to complete an inner circle of railways within ,london1 north of the ,thames4 ,railways to form an outer circle round the ,metropolis1 north and south of the ,thames1 connected with existing railways4 ,this ,railway is represented by several ,lines1 connected with each other1 within this parish1 and are principally to be open cuttings1 but having two at the levels of the existing roads1 excepting at the junction of ,michael's ,grove with ,brompton ,crescent1 where it is proposed to raise the road #bc4 ,powers are sought to purchase in this ,parish the ,premises comprising ,thurloe ,place1 ,york ,cottages1 northern side of ,north ,terrace1 ,michael's ,place to ,michael's ,grove1 east end of ,brompton ,crescent1 ,michael's ,grove1 ,yeoman's ,row1
